HOW DO WE SHIP
We usually ship your item within 1-2 business days. Once we process your order, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipments.
You bike will arrive at your house in a big brown box. All you need to do next is, follow the owner's manual or our Youtube videos to assemble the bike.
WHAT ARE THE DELAYS
Once we receive your order, we prepare the shipment to be picked up by the carrier. Then, UPS or Dicom takes the lead.
QC/ON : 1 -2 Business days
MB/SK : 3- 4 Business days
BC/AB : 4 - 5 Business days
NB/NS/PE/NL : 4 - 5 Business days
YT/NT/NU : Delivery depends of the location. Extra fees may be required. If so, we will contact you directly.
